East 4th Street, South Boston – Gut-renovation project. Three units. Rented the units, then sold the asset.

East Broadway, South Boston – Renovation project. Two commercial condos and one free-standing bank building. We rented the units, then sold the asset.

Forest Hills, Jamaica Plain – Planned to renovate and sell. Instead flipped the property for profit.

G Street, South Boston, Renovation project. J&M Investments purchased, renovated, and rented out the entire building. We then sold the asset.

Linden Street, AllstonOwned and operated 1 Linden Street since 2003. We sold the asset in 2019 to 140 Minden, LLC.

Marbury Terrace, Jamaica Plain – Full clean up, exterior, and interior. Three-family property. Converted into condominiums and sold.

Marlborough Street, Chelsea – Renovation project. Three residential units. All units will feature upgrades and modern appliances.

Maverick Street, East Boston – Complete renovation project. Two retail office spaces and four residential units. Now renting at market value. 

Parker Street, Chelsea – Two-family, residential property. We planned to design, renovate, and sell this property as condominiums. Our plans changed and we flipped the property to another investor.

Shelby Street, East Boston – Renovation project. Four family. Sold the asset.

South Street, Jamaica Plain – Renovation project. Condominium conversion. Eighteen condominiums, all sold very quickly. 

Warren Avenue, South End – Renovation project. We renovated ten apartments to add value to this property. Now renting at market value.

Waverly Street, Roxbury –Waverly Street is located in Roxbury’s Dudley Square. We permitted additional units to add value to this property.

West Broadway, South Boston – We purchased this mixed-use property. We made upgrades to the property and sold the property.

West 6th Street, South Boston – Renovation project. J&M Investments (a partnership between Newman Properties and The Broadway Company) purchased, renovated, and rented out the entire building. We then sold the asset.

William Waye, Whitman – Ground up construction. Newly constructed townhouse community. Twenty-four townhouses. Renting at market value.
